How it works

  1. Add your company, if it isn't here yet

    Search the map first. If you're missing, add yourselves: name, what you do, where the office is. A person reviews new listings before they go on the map.

  2. Claim the listing

    Confirm you work there with your work email. Claiming is how we know the jobs on a company's page really come from that company, and it's what lets you edit the listing.

  3. Post the role

    Title, a short summary, what the job involves, and a pay range. Postings are reviewed before they go live, which keeps the board free of spam and recruiters fishing for resumes.

  4. Refresh it, or let it lapse

    A listing runs 90 days. If you're still hiring, refresh it from the listing for another 90. If the role is filled, let it lapse and it comes off the board on its own, so nobody applies to a job that's already gone.

Is it really free?

Yes. Adding your company is free and posting jobs is free, with no per-post fee and no limit on open roles.

What happens after 90 days?

The listing comes off the board. Before that, open the listing while you're signed in and press "Refresh for 90 days". There's no limit on how many times you refresh a role you're still hiring for.

Why is a pay range required?

Washington law requires most employers to include one in a job posting, and candidates skip postings without one. We ask every employer for one, Idaho employers included, so the board reads the same everywhere.

Which areas do you cover?

Spokane and all of Eastern Washington east of the Cascades, including the Tri-Cities, Yakima, Wenatchee, Ellensburg, Moses Lake, Walla Walla and Pullman, plus North Idaho: Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Sandpoint, Moscow and Lewiston. Remote roles are welcome if your company is based here.

Do you take agencies and studios?

Yes. Marketing, design and development agencies hire the same people tech companies do, and they belong on the map.
